Welcome to HABIBI MATCH (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our matchmaking services, including our website, mobile application, and other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1.Services Provided

Habibi Match offers personalized and confidential matchmaking services designed to facilitate meaningful relationships. We take pride in maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients throughout the matchmaking process.

While we strive to create compatible matches, we do not guarantee the quality, compatibility, or success of any introduction, match, or relationship formed through our Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are single, divorced, widowed, or legally separated. You may not use this service if you are married or separated but not legally divorced.
You have provided accurate and truthful information about yourself.
You have not been convicted of any crimes related to harassment, violence, or fraud. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual with a criminal history, including felony convictions, if we determine such history may compromise the safety, integrity, or confidentiality of our Services. All decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable laws.
If you have been convicted of a crime during your use of our service, you must report such crime immediately to Habibimatch@gmail.com.

3. Confidentiality

Your privacy is our top priority. By using our Services, you agree to the following confidentiality terms:

Non-Disclosure of Matches: You agree not to share any personal information, details, or communications about individuals introduced to you through our Services without our prior written consent.
Limited Sharing of Your Information: We may share limited, relevant details about you with potential matches as part of the matchmaking process. Names and/or photographs will not be shared without prior consent.
Legal Exceptions: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, complaint, investigation, or to prevent harm.
Any breach of confidentiality by a client will result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

4. Fees and Payment

1. Registration Fee

A registration fee of $100 is required to activate and maintain your registration with Habibi Match. This fee grants you access to our matchmakers and will be collected when your first match is found.

You will be charged a $50 fee per match upon receiving and confirming the details of a potential match selected by our team based on your preferences.
The match fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or success of the introduction.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made prior to the date via the payment methods accepted by Habibi Match, including Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal or cash (in office).
You authorize Habibi Match to charge your provided payment method for the applicable fees at the time of registration and for each subsequent match.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Registration Fee: The $100 registration fee is non-refundable, even if you decide to discontinue the Habibi Match Service.
Match Fees: Once a match is provided and the date is confirmed the $50 fee is non-refundable.
If you wish to terminate your registration with Habibi Match, you must notify us in writing,

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Any changes will not affect fees already paid but will apply to future payments after providing prior notice to users.

6. Failure to Pay

Failure to pay the registration or match fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Habibi Match is not liable for the actions, communications, or behaviors of individuals introduced through our Services.
We are not responsible for any personal or financial loss resulting from your use of the Services or relationships formed through our introductions.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful matches or relationships.

6. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

Act respectfully and professionally when interacting with potential matches and Habibi Match staff.
Attend introductions or meetings punctually and communicate honestly with your match and Habibi Match.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior.
Notify Habibi Match promptly of any changes in your relationship status or contact information.
Not misuse the Services for commercial purposes, fraud, or illegal activities.
Not engage in unwelcome sexual advances or behavior when interacting with members.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your Services.

7. Background Checks

Habibi Match does not conduct formal background checks on clients. Any vetting of matches is based on the information provided by clients. We do not verify criminal, financial, or personal histories unless otherwise stated. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate, dishonest, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
Your actions compromise the integrity of Habibi Match or the confidentiality of other clients.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with applicable privacy laws. By submitting your information, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal and sensitive data, including cultural, religious, and relationship background, for the purpose of personalized matchmaking.

10. Promotional Use and Success Stories

If you become promised, engaged, or married as a result of introductions or connections facilitated through Habibi Match’s services, you grant Habibi Match and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your first names, photographs, and general details of the relationship for marketing, promotional, and testimonial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and other media controlled by Habibi Match.

You understand and agree that:

This content may be used without further notice, approval, or compensation.
Habibi Match will use all materials tastefully and respectfully.
You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final promotional content.
You release Habibi Match from any claims or liabilities arising from the authorized use described above.

By using the Habibi Match service, you agree and understand that you may not opt-out of promotional use.

In Other Words

By getting engaged or entering into a committed relationship through Habibi Match’s services, you agree to let us share your success story! This means we may use your first names, photos, and general details of your engagement to celebrate and promote the work we do—whether that’s on our website, social media, or other promotional materials.

We promise to use everything tastefully and respectfully, and we won’t require additional permission, payment, or approval. You’re also agreeing not to hold us responsible for how this content is used in our marketing efforts.

We’re proud to share the love you found through Habibi Match’s services, thank you for letting us celebrate it with others!

11. Client Inactivity and Account Deactivation

If a client remains inactive or unresponsive for a period of 90 days, Habibi Match reserves the right to deactivate or suspend the client’s account.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Services, you agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration in accordance with California law.

You agree that any legal claims must be filed within one year of the cause of action and in the courts of the State of California.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Habibi Match are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habibi Match, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.
Breaches of these Terms.
Any actions or outcomes related to individuals you meet through our Services.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
